Wasabi Flower Stems
Shima Wasabi Flower Stems are suited to raw and cooked applications such as sautéing and stir-frying. As a garnish, they are a great way to add a little colour and a hint of spice to canapes, entrees or mains and are great accompaniments to beef or seafood.
Wasabi flowers can be used in salads or to garnish sushi rolls. They can be sauteed in vegetable stir-fries or used as a topping for miso soups, udon or soba noodles.
