The Fine Print...
Our Home Packs are harvested fresh specifically for each order, then carefully trimmed and packed by hand to ensure the highest quality and maximum freshness at all times. Cooling packs are included in every parcel to keep your wasabi fresh and crisp. If the wasabi is stored in an airtight container in a refrigerator, all items should last at least three weeks.
All orders are dispatched for overnight delivery by AusairExpress. Packaging and delivery fee is $17.50 Australia-wide. If no-one is present at the nominated address to receive the Pack, AaE will leave the parcel in a safe location however if it then goes missing we are unable to accept liability.
Whilst AaE endeavour to delivery every parcel overnight, some regional and remote areas may take an extra day. If in doubt, please check AaE’s delivery schedule for overnight services from Tasmania to your destination.
If your destination is outside of Australia, please contact us for specific freight requirements and charges.
